deliveries and have been working internally, to dramatically improve
our delivery efficiency standards. We have been working with all our
fourteen logistics service providers to plug gaps and improve service
standards. In addition, we have also been actively advising our sellers
to ensure that they process your orders in a timely fashion to ensure
that we match up to your expectations.

In addition to the above,we are delighted to tell you about the two
new delivery mechanisms which we have introduced to ensure the
fastest and the most efficient delivery in the country.
The first one is NDD - Next Day Delivery which is currently available
free on a selected set of products in the top 25 cities. In the next 2
months we are significantly increasing the range of products and
adding another 25 cities.We hope that you will give us a chance to
serve you through this mechanism.
The second one is Same Day Delivery which delivers grocery the
same day within 4 to 6 hours. We have rolled this service out in 14
cities and we hope to have it across the top 27 cities in the next
